What currencies do you accept?

We price and charge in EUR. Your bank converts to your home currency at the standard interbank rate. Cash top-ups on the day (guides, tips) are welcomed in EUR, USD or TRY.

What happens if a tour is cancelled by the operator?

You'll be offered a full refund or a free rebooking. Weather-cancelled boat tours are the most common case.

Is hotel pickup included?

Most day tours include free pickup from hotels in Antalya, Lara, Kundu, Konyaaltı, Belek, Kemer and Side. Long-distance tours (Pamukkale, Cappadocia) may include Kemer/Side with a small supplement.
