Antalya City Tour — Kaleiçi, Waterfalls & Cable Car
Old town, Düden waterfalls and Tünektepe cable car half-day tour.
Antalya's Kaleiçi is a labyrinth of Roman walls, Ottoman timber houses and Byzantine churches folded around a horseshoe-shaped Roman harbour. This 3-hour guided walk is the fastest way to understand the city — a licensed local historian threads 2,000 years of stories into a route that stays shaded, walkable and endlessly photogenic. You meet at Hadrian's Gate, the marble triumphal arch built in AD 130 for the emperor's visit — one of the best-preserved of its kind in the Mediterranean. From there you descend into the old town's cobbled lanes: the fluted Yivli Minare (Antalya's Seljuk symbol), the ivy-covered ruins of Kesik Minare (a Roman temple that became a Byzantine basilica and then an Ottoman mosque), and the Hıdırlık Tower where locals still gather at sunset. The walk finishes at the yacht-filled Roman harbour with sweeping views of the Bey Mountains rising from the sea. Along the way your guide stops at a family-run tea garden for complimentary Turkish tea and points out the best spots for baklava, Ottoman-era bathhouses and hidden courtyard hotels — so the tour doubles as a curated map of the neighbourhood for the rest of your holiday. Small groups (max 12), meeting-point start, tickets to the Kaleiçi Museum optional. Perfect for a first day in Antalya.

Antalyalıyım ama şehri turist gözüyle görmek istedim, kendi ailemi getirdim. Rehberimiz Kaleiçi'nin bilmediğim köşelerini gösterdi. Yfli hanım tarihçi, anlatımı çok akıcı. Herkese tavsiye ederim.
Booked this on our first morning to get oriented. Best decision. Our guide Cem walked us through Hadrian's Gate, the old harbor, and finished at a proper Turkish coffee spot. Now we actually know where to eat and shop for the rest of the week.
Beautiful scenery and well organised. Lunch could have been slightly bigger.
Kids loved every minute. Guide was patient and fun.
